VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR The Pearl of Havana ~ A Cuban Fantasy
Benefiting the Andre Sobel River of Life Foundation A 501c3 public charity that pays urgent expenses so single parents can stay at the side of their catastrophically ill children.
When: Saturday, October, 20, 2007, various shifts throughout the day Friday, October 19, 2007 set-up volunteers needed throughout the day
Where: Nesbitt Estate Polo Field, 2800 Via Real, Carpinteria, CA 93013
Positions and Shifts (Meals Provided): · Registration* (4 p.m. 10 p.m.) · Greeters (3 p.m. 9 p.m.) · Escorts (3 p.m. 9 p.m.) · Floaters/Trouble Shooters* (3 p.m. 10 p.m.) · Credit Card Processors* (4 p.m. 9 p.m.) · Loading and Unloading (Both days, various times between 9 a.m. 11 p.m.) · Ushers (3 p.m. 9 p.m.) · Gift Tables (5 p.m. 11 p.m.) · Stage Hands* (4 p.m. 10 p.m.) · Auction Assistance* (4 p.m. 11 p.m.) * These positions require attendance at one of our Friday orientations.
DRESS CODE SATURDAY: All black professional attire ~ no polo shirts, comfy shoes (no heels you will be walking on grass)
ORIENTATION: Friday, October 19th 2007, 5:30 p.m. 8 p.m. Nesbitt Estate Polo Field 2800 Via Real Carpinteria, CA 93013
